Who is Jenny and Paul?
Jenny and Paul met in Korea in 2012. Jenny had previously run the Kahuku Grill in Hawaii for several years before moving back to Korea. Paul lived in Dallas before moving to Korea to teach after leaving the corporate world. Their love for cooking led to starting YoriHey.com to post recipes and videos, back in 2016.
They moved to Dallas and began teaching Korean and Japanese cooking classes in 2018. A business opportunity opened up during the Covid times and they began operating Three Egg Muffins, a breakfast cafe in Dallas, at the start of 2021. Although the physical shop closed in 2024, they still cater on occasion and hope one day to reopen a retail shop.
As of 2026, they are still teaching Japanese sushi making classes, Korean cuisine classes and kimchi making classes. New Korean and Japanese recipes are being posted here as well as on YouTube.
